We received very unexpected, great news! Our agency has identified our fourth potential gestational carrier and sent her medical records to our clinic in Omaha for review. 

On 19. Dec 2024, at 18:33, our agency wrote:

Hello Kate and Jan,

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the holiday season! Reaching out with an exciting update: we have identified a new potential candidate for you and have sent her records to your clinic for review! Please remember that this does not guarantee she will move forward, but we are hopeful she will be pre-approved. 

I will keep you posted! Once she is pre-approved, I will provide you with some basic information on her while we continue her onboarding process.

We were really expecting our next potential match to be introduced at the end of January realistically. Especially with the holidays, the world slows down and usually agencies like ours experience an uptick in applications from potential carriers with the New Year, so this was certainly a surprise.

We’re absolutely excited with the news, but also taking it with a grain of salt. Honestly, with each disappointment, the shine wears off a bit. BUT we’re bringing hope and positivity into 2025 and excited to see if she’s the one! Fingers crossed the medical review goes quickly and she passes with flying colors.
